💌 Custom Wig Deposit & Payment Policy

Please note that the purchase of a custom synthetic wig requires a non-refundable $100 deposit to begin the customization process.

This deposit secures your order and covers the initial work, including consultation, sourcing, and customization preparation.

Once your order is placed, you will be contacted to discuss the full details of your custom wig (style, color, length, density, etc.). After finalizing your design, the remaining balance will be provided and must be paid in full before your wig is completed and shipped.

Failure to complete the final payment will result in your order being placed on hold, and your unit will not be shipped until the balance is paid.
